Maintenance of assembly line

Assembly line maintenance is not only about hardware maintenance, but also about the proper operation of operators. The graphic design of the assembly line should ensure the shortest transportation route for parts, convenient operation for production workers, convenient work for auxiliary service departments, the most effective utilization of production area, and consider the interconnection between assembly line installations. To meet these requirements, the layout of the assembly line should consider issues such as the form of the assembly line and the arrangement method of the installation site.
1. Maintenance and upkeep of the maintenance transformer for the head motor: Do not let water enter the motor, as it may damage the insulation of the motor and cause the equipment to malfunction.
2. Maintenance and upkeep of the chain: The chain needs to be observed frequently, and butter and lubricating oil should be added frequently. Due to the long-term operation of the chain, the lubricating liquid will evaporate, resulting in increased noise and crawling problems.
3. Repair and maintenance of the gearbox at the head of the assembly line: After using it for the first quarter, drain all excess oil in the gearbox, then take a bath with gasoline, diesel, etc. inside the gearbox, and then add new lubricating oil to the middle of the observation window. Do this every year in the future. We need to note that adding too little lubricating oil can cause loud noise and overheating in the gearbox, and even cause the gearbox to be scrapped. Each time the lubricating oil is added, it should not exceed the middle of the observation window. Excessive amount will cause the gearbox to overheat, and the motor load will be too large, causing the protection switch to disconnect.
