Effective operation of conveyors

During the operation of the conveyor, interference from external factors is likely to interrupt, so it is necessary to always pay attention to the effective operation of the conveyor. What effective measures should the conveyor take to achieve this goal?
Firstly, it is necessary to keep the conveyor running as straight as possible. The conveyor allows bending in both horizontal and vertical directions, which is designed to adapt to the transportation of the working face and roadway. It does not mean that the body can bend up and down freely and horizontally is reasonable.
Once the conveyor turns, a "sharp bend" can cause the bending angle of the chute joint to be too large, resulting in damage to the chute joint due to excessive force. After the chute joint is damaged or lost, it loses control. When bent, there is a gap between the chute joints, and coal powder leaks into the bottom groove, which can increase running resistance or cause blockage accidents. If the scraper conveyor is laid unevenly, the wear at the connection between the scraper and the chute will be greater, increasing the running resistance, shortening the service life, and even affecting the work of other supporting equipment.
Secondly, in order to improve the effective running time of the conveyor, the higher the utilization rate of equipment operation, the greater the conveying capacity, which is conducive to fully utilizing the efficiency of the conveyor and is an effective way to increase production and economic benefits.
