Classification of roller conveyors

Classification of roller materials: plastic, carbon steel galvanized, stainless steel, rubber coated, chrome plated.
(1) Plastic roller: Made of resin or PVC, with light weight, good rust prevention effect, easy to clean, but low load and lifespan;
(2) Carbon steel galvanized roller: A relatively economical and easy to coat surface treatment, which is a low value anti-corrosion coating with high cost-effectiveness. It is currently the most commonly used material form, but does not have strong wear resistance. The galvanized layer will gradually wear out with the use of the roller;
(3) Stainless steel roller: Beautiful and corrosion-resistant, suitable for kitchen utensils, automotive parts, food production equipment, hospital utensils, etc;
(4) Glue wrapping roller: It can effectively improve the operation status of the conveying system, prevent slipping (such as specific station speed increase, small angle climbing, etc.), and also protect the bottom surface of the goods to reduce conveying noise. However, after use, a small amount of "powder" will be generated, so it is not suitable for dust-free environments;
