The flexible roller conveyor system is a modular conveyor module platform which makes it possible to meet every requirement for a system, depending on the customer needs, conditions on site and type of material to be conveyed. Non driven ( gravity ), 24V driven or 24V zero pressure accumulation or 400V flat belt driven, all possible depending on the needs

The individual modules can be easily matched and combined with each other, also changes or expansions in operating systems on site are easy to do, Thanks to the modular concept.
Non-powered roller conveyor
The non-powered straight roller conveyor transports materials either manually or via gravity down a slope and is used as an assembly and picking line.
24V powered roller conveyor
The 24 V roller conveyor serves as a transport conveyor of unit loads with the help of a drive controller. Each section is powered by a Roller Drive that is connected to a fixed number of idlers via round belt or PolyVee belts.
24V zero pressure roller conveyor
The 24 V roller conveyor enables zero pressure accumulation transport of unit loads with the help of a zone controller. Each zone is powered by a RollerDrive that is connected to a fixed number of idlers via round belt or PolyVee belts. Each zone is provided with a sensor.
